Terrible service.. had to wait 20 minutes to get 4 sliders..smh asked for napkins, didnt get told him him I didnt want sauce, got sauce..smh.. horrible

We asked for simple extra pickles on our 4 for 10$ sandwiches, we got ONE pickle on each sandwich! Then charged an extra 1.25% public improvement tax?? That's the only Arby's in town to charge that! We'll just go back to the Arby's in the ghetto, they're not charging people to improve anything but at least they get your order correct!

I’ve been an Arby’s fan for over 50 years and even the “we’ve got the meats” ad campaign. Been to this one a few times and always came away with no complaints. Ok, so the teens working here don’t exude the fake enthusiasm you see at the Chik-sandwich place and occasionally forget to put the sauce packets in the to-go sack, especially if you have to park up front, but these are just minor quibbles. Shout out for bringing back the ham & cheese sandwich and having the best fish sandwich in fast food.

Laid back atmosphere. Staff can be a little loud and rowdy. If you interrupt their conversation by trying to place an order, they get irritated and it clearly shows. Dining areas are clean. Food is okay. Fries not always hot and fresh but everything else is usually warm. Not hot or real fresh necessarily but still warm.

Placed a large online order on a Saturday afternoon, when I went to pick up the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and I appreciated the good customer service! Food was made quickly and accurately!

Colorado Wanderer

They keep doing it over and over again. They take your order but instead of working fast (as a FAST food chain) they ask you to pull to the side and wait there so they can work like snails. I stopped going long ago because of this common practice. Yesterday, I decided to give it a try. How gullible I might be to consider they would improve a little. Why don’t these people work on something else?

No one greeted us or even looked at us when we walked in; they all seemed unhappy and angry.The restaurant was not busy, only 2 other tables had customers, yet they took 15 minutes to get our food done.We did not get what we ordered. The cook just slapped roast beef on a couple of buns with nothing else..... we ordered the Gobbler and a chicken sandwich. Didn't want to wait 15 more minutes for our order, so we ate it.The sandwiches and curly fries were cold and soggy. Worst fast food experience ever.

It is currently 8:34pm on a Monday night. Signs show store is open until 10pm, but the doors are locked. An employee was standing outside and laughed as I walked back to my car. I am a restaurant manager and find this incredibly disappointing. There is a reason Arby's is dying, and this is a big factor.

All of the employees were hanging outside with the back door open. I made eye contact with one and no one came inside. Arou d 7:15pm at may 30th, if you want to check the cameras. Terrible work ethic.
