Plan ahead, very slow service. Pickup time was 6, waited over 30 minutes past to receive order.

An online order that was supposed to be done at 7:33 pm

I arrived at 7:30, they didn't even know the order existed until I got there. So I left and came back 20 minutes later and it still wasn't done. I waited another 20 minutes. Then when I complain they told me to leave the store. If they don't give me like three free pizzas I'll never change my rating and I'll never go there, and I'll encourage other people not to as well.

I haven’t went recently, but I wanted to mention that the past few times I came here to eat, I always had fun chatting with the people since my friends had known them. They are so friendly and will give you exactly what you want. Although the place is small, it’s still such a great place to visit, enjoy, and leave a great review.

Super sad experience. Order online at 5:30 and told delivery by 6:30. Texted delay, delay, delay - and no one answers the phone. 7:20 delivery delayed again and no one answers the phone to even ask about, cancel or pivot to pickup. Delay again. Gosh, just don’t accept orders if you are unable to fulfill or communicate. I’d appreciate an apology for my guests that had to leave before eating. Sad

We had the pleasure of working with Bambino’s as a caterer for our daughter’s wedding. The staff made this experience so effortless and we cannot say enough kind words for how amazing they did. From the large selection of menu items, the ease of coordinating from out of state, to the impeccable attention to detail during the event it was first class all the way. We had rave reviews about the food quality and taste, and the pricing was very competitive. If you need a caterer for your next event, the staff at Bambino’s will knock it outta the park.

Had a delicious veggie pizza here. I never get veggie pizza despite it being my favorite because most places charge per topping and the price becomes outrageous. Here they let you pick unlimited toppings. Also the homemade crust was delicious. Will be coming back.

4.5 stars—never had to floss after eating pizza but I did here. Tastes great though.

This has to be the most bland pizza I've had the displeasure of tasting. It's straight up high school lunch room level pizza. I honestly wish I could get a refund it was so bad.

Almost fifty years of atmosphere worn into the tables here, and for good reason. First, I want to point out how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They guided me through the build-your-own ingredients and were very careful to keep my food restrictions in mind. Bambinos Urban Pizzaria has fantastic traditional pies and very, very good specialties too like the Green Hippy (pictured) that my partner ordered. I had the vegan cheese and vegan sausage. They were tasty substitutes for your dairy-free and plant based friends. Hit up Bambinos, you won't regret it.

I’ve been to bambino’s many, many times and have loved every experience until now.
Vegans be careful when ordering from the app. The option for vegan sausage isn’t under the ‘meats’, it’s at the very bottom of the veggies. And if you order vegan pizzas, with vegan cheese, and veggies, staff doesn’t seem to understand you don’t put animals on it, even if the customer (me) chose the wrong sausage option. A simple call to clarify would have been good looking out. When I tried to see if we could get pizzas without animals on it, I was told I could only get a 25% discount. Having worked in restaurants before, not ideal customer service. I’m out the money, the tip, and will not return.
