We bought a $40+ (after tax) Ice cream cake that was labeled as having mint ice cream with vanilla cake and we got chocolate chip cookie dough with chocolate cake. Very disappointed. Spending over $40 on an ice cream cake that is completely different to what it says on the box shouldn’t happen.

Pretty good. I always get the Sunday but I have had their coffee-type shakes and they are good. The staff is friendly. It can get busy though and seating can get crowded but what do you expect at an ice cream shop? It's always going to have busy moments, even in the winter.They have a drive-thru though so that helps.

Very poor service and quality. Charged for a non prepacked quart of gold medal ribbon that is usually always prepacked. ​​Asked for prepacked but given and charged to pack a quart. The next problem with this is it was packed 3/4 full after I pushed down the ice cream. The ice cream was so loosely scooped and packed that when I pushed down the loosly scooped ice cream, it made the 12 dollar quart 3/4 full. The rest of our order was the same. Minuscule scoops that are in loose scoops. BR has joined the cut corners and charge more crew of restaurants.

I recently went to this ice cream establishment. I entered the door and I noticed a distinct gloom. The entire room felt like I was in a piece of gothic literature. But, I set that aside. But then I noticed! Owen, their best employee was no where to be found. This was clearly the reason for the gloom. Their main light fixture (Owens beaming smile) was missing! I felt distinct lack of camaraderie between the staff without Owens presence. I ordered a cookies and cream milk shake, that was a little too thick for my taste. However, I would like to present an issue. On the 1998 Chicago Bulls, if they needed a player to come up big in an important moment, they didn't have Steve Kerr take the shot. They had Michael Jordan take the shot. So why would Owen not be in during this shift. Just a little food for thought.

Please call your cake order in. I ordered a cake and customized the writing as pink, and they mixed it with royal blue. The website does not specify customizing the blue part of this cake, so I was left with a royal blue with pink cake for my daughter. I ended up having to buy another cake. I know they probably throw away tons of cakes in their case, yet they couldn’t comp this cake for me. They told me I could have called in the order to customize all the colors to pink. Very disappointing and I’m out $40 more dollars.

I went to this location at around 8:45pm on 12/14/23 and got a cappuccino blast. When I was drinking my cappuccino blast I felt something sharp in my mouth. A staple shown in the bottom left of the attached photo. Definitely a safety issue. Not what I was expecting to have in my cappuccino blast. Have never had a problem at this location before. I will not be returning.

Got a couple double scoops and one was given to us with the waffle cone broke in the middle because they pressed the first scoop too hard. We thought it be ok. Left the drive thru and after one bite the hole thing broke in half and All the ice cream landed at my feet while driving. I had to throw it and clean up my pants and shoes while getting to the stop light. I'm disappointed in the QUALITY of service and Lack of care about service. Will Not come to this location again. New doesn't mean better. Terrible.

So you pull up microphone at the drive through don't workThey tell us to pull up then ask what flavor in the new monster Sunday they have. I don't know what flavors they had cause we no longer have a menu to look at then he says come in.let me think went through the drive through for a reason

Always love my Jamoica almond fudge. There was six of us and two people waiting on us and we got through really fast. There was only one mistake. The wrong ice cream was used in a milkshake. All's good, the wait wasn't that bad!
