Big Deal Burger

There is no burger place. . Walk into Dickey’s and there’s no burger joint. I’m not sure what’s going on here but it ain’t burgers!!

I came for burgers and not bbq. I go to Rudy’s for that!

The worst burger’s! Rubbery and no taste. The only good thing about it was grub hub delivery! False advertising too. Says big deal burger when it’s actually Dickeys bbq. The fries were a waste of a bag. Maybe ten fries in it. Got 2 double cheese burger combo’s. One with fries and coke, the other with mac and cheese and dr pepper. Ordered a big yellow cup and never received it.

Tried to order from their website for delivery, never received a confirmation email, but the tracker said it was on its way even though it was 45 minutes late. I called the restaurant and the worker was completely rude, I told him my order was supposed to be delivered at 130, he said yes sir, I said well is it on its way, he said yes sir, I said well do you by chance have my order sitting there on the counter it's 2 burgers and 2 fries, he said yes sir. I said well is someone going to deliver it or just let it sit there, he said yes sir... So I told him to cancel the order he said yes sir then hung up without getting any of my information. First off I am a woman, and sound like one. I've never dealt with such a rude person who took no interest in doing his job. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before ever trying to place an order, as they all show how this restaurant does not care about their customers or their own reputation. I will never attempt an order through this store ever again and I urge anyone else to not as well.

We ordered take out tonight and none of it was right. Literally none of it. And what we did get I wouldn't even feed to my dog! It looked absolutely disgusting. We are now going somewhere else to get a second dinner since these people cannot get anything right. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this place. I'm begging you don't!! I have no idea how they are still in business. I should've listened to the other hundreds of reviews. Hard lesson learned. Never ever again!!!

Just tried this fantastic burger place and loved it! The burgers were perfectly juicy and packed with flavor. The fresh, innovative toppings were a delightful surprise. Friendly service and a cozy setting made the visit even better. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a great burger!

Didn’t even get a bun when I ordered delivery, and it was burned yet very cold in a short period of time.

Quite literally the worst burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was rubbery and stale. It also didn’t come with the toppings I asked for. The only half decent thing about this meal were the fries which I only got a very very very small handful of. Do not waste your time or money here!!!!

Flavorless soggy burger. The fries were so undercooked they were almost clear. Very disappointed in this place. I should have checked reviews first. Nobody in the reviews is exaggerating with how bad this is. It's like 5 guys and mc Donalds had a super lazy baby that personally hates you and your food.

Believe the ratings. We ordered from Door Dash and ended up driving the order back to them. Horrible.

Just stay away from this place! 1 star was the only option. Should be 0. The food was terrible. Burgers were burnt to a crisp...similar to a hockey puck! Our order was wrong. It was cold. The only solution this place can even offer and I would accept would be to refund my money or give me a visa gift card equal to the order amount. I'm certainly not going to use a gift card from this awful burger place!

My burger patties were severely overcooked and didn't have most of the toppings I ordered. After reading the other comments it looks like that is the normal experience for this place. The staff here seems to be disgruntled and doesn't care about the food. I made a second attempt to order their food and it was equally bad. They just don't make things the way their ordered. They refuse to make a burger the way you order it. I won't order again, it was a huge mistake to order a second time. It is wrong every single time. The staff is just doesn't care about the quality of food. Update: the owner left a message saying to email them about the issues, but I emailed and never got a response, so the messages from the owner are just for show, they don't actually want to try and make things right.
