I ordered two main sandwiches, and a buy one get of free sandwich deal. The sandwiches I received were subpar and I only got two. I also didn’t receive my side of potatoes. After coming here to write this review it seems this a regular occurrence and whoever is allowing this to keep happening should be reprimanded.

We ordered two sandwiches on GrubHub and we never received them. I tried to call the restaurant and the lady just said that I needed to contact the app and that they have nothing to do with it. I will never order from GrubHub again nor would I ever order from this restaurant. The lady was rude and very unaccommodating.
Some of the worst food I have ever tasted. Extremely overpriced garbage.

I ordered a sandwich on door dash, there was supposed to be eggs, hash brown, bacon and cream cheese on it. When I got my order it was just cold eggs on a burnt bun. Yeah door dash reimbursed me 4$ out of the 10$ I spent on the sandwich, but I’m still highly disappointed this was the service given.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber eats and it was such a disappointment. I ordered the Andrea breakfast sandwich which is supposed to have egg, avocado, onions and tomatoes. I received a sandwich that had Turkey with a brown avocado spread and only 1 tomato. This was a complete waste of money and I definitely DO NOT recommend this restaurant. The potatoes arrived cold and like they were sitting for hours. I also ordered a hot latte with oat milk and received a bottle of Dunkin iced coffee with dairy. Like completely wrong I will never order from this place. Save yourself the money and time and order elsewhere!!
Ordered through postmates. After an hour it was canceled without explanation.
I cannot recommend this place until there are enhancements made to customer service. Ridiculously slow for a drive-thru breakfast joint; over 40 minute wait for a couple of items.
I waited for 35 minutes for my order before giving up and getting my money back.
Have wanted to try this spot for a while now as it is close to my house, but I work weird hours and it’s not always open . This morning (~7:30) I pulled up because I saw the “we are open” sign. After sitting for over 5 minutes listening to the employees discuss their personal lives, I asked if they were indeed open. Quick apology given by the male employee and my order was taken (although I had to tell him twice what I wanted). Paid cash and gave a tip, because #supportlocal. Guy did not say thank you when I handed him the tip, gave me my food looking annoyed, did not thank me for my business, and did not reply when I told him to have a good day. Food is ok, nothing to rave about or anything I’d try again...especially given the poor customer service. Guess now I know...
Very stupid stuff 45 minute waiting for one sandwich customer waiting at the outside employer talking inside the store don’t respect the customer

This place seems to be hit or miss, especially indicated by the mixed reviews, but it has been a miss for me the two times I have bought food from here. The first time, the kolache was underfilled and the cheese was tough. Packaging was a mess (got pancakes) and I received an apple juice when I asked for orange juice. The second time, the kolache was more filled but something just wasn't right about it; it made me feel a bit nauseated. The pancakes this time were burned and again sloppily packaged. Actually received orange juice, but it was rancid and undrinkable, odd for a bottled product. The breakfast burrito was okay but again, there was something not quite right about it. I feel this place has the potential to have amazing food, but it just seems to be missing the mark.
