Eli was really good. He was courteous and went above and beyond. On the other hand, my loaded tater tots just had cheese on them and nothing else. They were also burned on the top
We waited almost an hour for two appetizers, we said something to the waitress before we received our food and after we got it barely warm, the manager came up and instead of making it better she said our food took only 11 minutes. It really made us mad and I didn’t want to eat for sure at that point. Somehow she tried to make it our fault. I told her people don’t go out to eat to have a bad experience or have to be upset.
