We waited almost an hour for two appetizers, we said something to the waitress before we received our food and after we got it barely warm, the manager came up and instead of making it better she said our food took only 11 minutes. It really made us mad and I didn’t want to eat for sure at that point. Somehow she tried to make it our fault. I told her people don’t go out to eat to have a bad experience or have to be upset. They keep changing the menu. Specifically this time was the shotgun shrimp. Instead of covering the shrimp in sauce as it has been for 10+ years now you want to drizzle them because other stores have had a lot of complaints. Guess what we in Colorado springs actually like flavor. This isn't the first time you have changed the menu items or their preparation.
