Lobby Drink Station was a mess, floor was sticky, tables weren’t clean. This seems to be more and more common with the reduction in cashiers. When I worked there many years ago anytime a cashier had a break they knew to go check the lobby, wipe tables, wipe the drink station, stock lids, straws, and napkins, and notify a manager if it needed mopped. I hate eating inside anymore but my kids love to play there 😓

McDonald's offers a welcoming atmosphere and great service. The staff are helpful and courteous, and the manager and GM were so kind to get issues corrected. The food was excellent and fresh, and the service was friendly too. Customers can expect not to long a wait, and the crispy chicken sandwich is a popular item. The app has some wonky issues, but the team is willing to rectify any mistakes.
