Over cooked meat and undercooked fries. Wait time was very long, and the kitchen was complete chaos without any clear leadership. I watched the onshift manager reject giving a customer more than one ranch dressing when she ordered multiple chicken nugget meals. The customer was confused as to why she couldn't get 1 sauce per order, and the manager was very rude. This location needs a complete reset.

Ordered online and my receipt shows that I had removed onions from my burger, but when I picked it up they had kept them on and removed pickles instead. It was an easy order and not busy, so I don't know how they could mess this up.

NOT 24HRS! Came to this location around 3:20 am and was told it was cash only. I come back 5mins later and they explain that they “closed at 4am to prep for breakfast”. But it was only 3:30. Didn’t have the patience to argue about a 30 min difference for junk food but if you’re closed just say that! Don’t tell people it’s cash only or give them the runaround.
Make sure you take a picture of the advertisement because the staff doesn't know whats on the menu. I asked for the 10 piece chicken mcnugget from the Buy One Get One for a dollar and they told me it's only 6 piece, then she "said", let me ask my manager and still came back and said its a 6 piece. I told her they need to come look at the sign. I just ordered something different. It will be a month or two before I return.
