We had Buffalo Gals cater our wedding. The Santa Maria Style BBQ and everything was delicious. Service was fantastic and they made the planning very simple. They took care of basically everything. All we had to do was decide which foods to have.
We had the pleasure of working with Buffalo Gals for our wedding back in August of 2025. Everything from coordinating the tasting, selecting our menu, processing payments, having our final walk through at the venue and down to the turn out of the meal on our wedding day could not have been any better. Paul, Lauren, and the Buffalo Gals team were absolutely incredible to work with for our catering and bartending services. We just had our wedding in October, and not only did the entire staff do an amazing job, it was also the best food I have ever had at a wedding. All our guests said the same. The bartenders were so much fun, and brought great vibes the whole evening. Would highly, highly recommend Buffalo Gals for your catering and bartending!!!
