Showed up to pick up my order at the alotted time, waited 12 minutes. Paid an extra $1 for all flats, and was given all drums. Sauces we ordered are on opposite things we wanted them on.Everything is thrown so haphazardly in the boxes and bags that ive got a sandwhich torn in half and cheese curds bathed in buffalo sauce. Why.

Don’t go here if you want an actual server it’s all automated now you won’t get asked if you have spicy wings for an extra refill or any more ranch or anything. All you’ll get is an annoyed server who stops by every 45 minutes to drop off food everything is on your phone so if you don’t have one good luck to you buddy. It’s insane that they expect a tip after that type of service when there is literally no service awful rather go to Wingstop for better service what a joke.

By far the best Bdubs to which I've been (and I've visited them across the country). My wife, our two sons, and I are regulars at this location almost every Sunday during football season. We are never disappointed. Expert service, fun and upbeat atmosphere. The manager usually has our game on the moment he notices us walk through the door. The wings are always consistent and, of course, exceptional. The servers are prompt, remember our orders, and attentive.Kid-friendliness: Always have high chairs and service happy to accommodate children.

Second time here for a birthday. If my nephew didn't insist on going to this place we'd be done. Apparently you can no longer call ahead for a large party, (Sounds like this location is the exception; New Center would take a call in.) which made for a nightmare of waiting around to be seated. Since small parties can seat themselves, obviously they're going to take all of the tables along the back wall which is where ordinarily we would be seated. After 45 minutes, we split up the group and seated ourselves. Food is mediocre, dried out wings. House beer was good. My stars about service do not refer to our server; she was great and apparently one of only two servers for a full dining room. Come on guys, get more staff and figure out the seating!Parking: It's a strip mall with an awkward, narrow lot. Too many businesses and not enough parking spots. Good luck.

I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but not this experience. There was no staff. Had to sit myself and scan the code on the table to place my order. Then, I waited an hr to get cold wings. Checking out the app/digital menu still wanted at 20% tip...who am I tipping? No one sat me, no one took my order, and I waited an hour for cold wings.

Had the worst service at the wild wings at new center point that place was just racist.My son wanted to come wild wings after spending the day moving. We stopped at the one at new center point and they were just terrible that we had to leave.We came here after and had no issues great service and food

Our server did a good job. Burger had mayo but requested none. Ordered chili with queso and less than a tablespoon of it. Wings were dry and barely lukewarm. Charged $1.50 per serving of blue cheese dressing - literally less than a tablespoon. Seriously - an up charge for dressing with a $25 wing order?
