Lazy and worthless staff, management specifically. Never had another BK tell me they couldn't make lunch before 10:30. Guess this location is autonomous. I've worked fast food before, it's not complicated to drop a few frozen patties into the broiler and dress a burger. I know minimum wage isn't exactly motivating but do what you get paid for.

It’s a fast food restaurant so I thought it would be fast. Had me wait 20 mins before I even got greeted then said the food would take 10 mins before I got my food. Shitty person that greeted me and took my order.

Drink machine broken, no ketchup, no ranch, no onion rings. Food overcooked. Hard to get anyone's attention for service. One of two bathrooms out of order and the other filthy.

I don't get to see my dad very often, but wanted to celebrate his birthday with BK breakfast like we did as kids. The store hours say they open at 6. I pulled up at 6:24 and was told they were going to open for another 15 minutes. I'm just really sad I wasn't able to celebrate my dad the day I wanted to.

Went in to have a quick lunch with my daughter. Wow the food was bad. She got chicken fries, I got the long chicken sandwich. The chicken fries where pulled from some drawer above the french-fry area. They were all wrinkled and dry. No idea how long they had been there. Fries and onion rings were old and nuked before being served to me. The chicken sandwich was not made of anything resembling chicken- its the truth. At some points the patty was less then an 8th of an inch thick! I wasn't expecting spectacular, its fast food after all, but I was expecting edible and recently prepared. I have no idea if this was just a bad day for them- I had been there before and had no issues. I did not even complain or ask for my money back- we threw the food away- even the watered down sodas and just went to another chicken place we knew was always good. The place was very clean in the front- tables were wiped, but I could see the cooking area and it was a mess. Do I blame the workers- nope. I could see how miserable they were to be working there. Who ever runs the place does a crap job. Never again.

Some how this place is still open? I really don't understand how. The employees that do show up definitely don't want to be there. You can tell by the level of service, and quality you get. It's a complete joke. Someone should put up a big banner across the drive through blocking the ordering stalls that reads "Go away" to keep others from falling into this trap. You will wait anywhere from 15-35 min for any food. 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong, and you will be told to pull around front, this is the first part of the neverending wormhole. Everytime I have been they have the lobby closed and locked to customers. So even when they get your order wrong, and it will be. You can't even go inside for corrections. I had to pull around again to the drive through, and ask for my missing items. If your going to make people wait for sub par service, at least sprinkle on a little bit of effort. You might as well just install self service stations, and grills out front so we can cook our own food. Why does it always have to be the worst option that is closest, or most convenient to you that sucks the most? We work hard at our jobs so we can afford to stop by someplace of convenience along the way and get a decent meal. And it's quickly ruined with lack of respect, and shenanigans you get instead. It's a shame that corporate doesn't do anything about this, if my name was on the front of this place, and others were being intentionally taken advantage of, I would want someone to do something. Perhaps a local TV news station should do an investigation, and feature this non on local TV to warn others. Maybe then corporate will be like, well now we got do something I guess. How does someone drop over a million dollars on a location and be like, oh well it will work it's self out eventually. Absolutely mind-blowing.

I've never seen anything like it. There was only two cars in front of me in the Drive-Thru. It took 13 minutes before I actually got my food handed to me and I thought at first maybe it was just someone ordered. Some long hard complicated order held things up at one of the cars in front of me, but quickly realized what I got to the window that that was not the case at all. The assistant manager who was at the window was slower than anything I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone with such a lack of any sense of urgency whatsoever. She put a stack of at least 30 napkins in my bag. I can't imagine how many they're going through if she's doing that with every bag. All I ordered was a Whopper Junior. And by the time she got done giving me my food there was probably 15 more cars behind me. This is one of the managers. Wow! Wow wow! Wow! The amount of waste and cost and napkins and ketchup that they're dumping into the bags is astronomical and the amount of business that would be lost by people having to wait so long for a simple order is ridiculous.
