The mobile ordering here is so much slower than ordering regular drive thru. I don’t understand why they added this as a ‘new’ option and it takes way longer to get your food than before they offered it. Regular drive thru will have 3 cars served to every 1 in mobile ordering line.
This Chick-fil-A off N. Carefree and Powers seems to be the best in town! Always so consistently good with not just the food, but also order accuracy, competency of employees, and customer service. The Dublin one has a lot of younger new employees which is great, but more recently my orders have frequently been incorrect or missing things (update 10/13/25: avoid the Dublin Chick-fil-A if possible; customer service is getting worse now too). Great food but moderately high priced compared to Burger king (where you can get 2 tacis for 3 bucks) What made the foid great was that thw chicken was thoroughly cooked and the batter was nott greasy.
