I feel like this chick fil a specifically doesn’t respect people’s time. For them to have two separate lines with minimal identification of which is which and then refusing to take your order because you are in the mobile order line and now you have to wait for everyone in front of you to get their food before you can drive around and start over. Did the mobile order on their app. Waited 15 minutes for food that was not fresh. Food has inconsistent for a while but today it was just plain bad. Will not be going back.
Visited this location on Christmas Eve with my son, decked out in our Christmas PJs. As a single mom, I use the Dine-in option on my phone to save from the dread of standing in line with a 2 yr old. We sat down and my son went in the playground to play. It was just before 10:30am so I decided to wait to order so we could order lunch items.
