Not sure what has changed here. They used to be great. If you eat inside the tables/ seats are usually gross. Spilled sauce etc. Food left all over. They used to never forget items in orders but it's almost every time now. Sauce, straws, even my entree was missing last time. After waiting in their drive thru it's a pain to go back to get what they forgot or to try and get an employees attention at the counter. New management maybe?
This is the closest CFA location to our house and we used to avoid this location like the plague! The drive thru used to take forever, ordering ahead was a mess (I once waited 45 minutes for one milkshake), and mistakes were often made. We would purposely drive to another location farther away because it was infuriating dealing with this location. However, since new management has taken over, this location has DRAMATICALLY improved! I have observed some changes with Chick-fil-A recently that have raised my concerns. After not dining there for a couple of months, I decided to visit today, but unfortunately, I found the flavor to be inconsistent and the batter was undercooked.
