Chicken Salad Chick

Love this place! We heard about it from our sister-in-law, and she was right! We've tried 4 flavors so far, and they are all delicious! We buy the containers in the fridge and spread the chicken salad on our own croissants. Highly recommend!

Omgosh I am never eating here again. Came in today for my favorite the BLT. The first sandwhich made had basically zero bacon so they remade. The second time they made it, there was virtually no chicken salad and I ate a lettuce croissant sandwhich I called the store to say hey what's going on this isn't like you guys and just give feedback instead of leaving a bad review, the manager became extremely rude told me he didn't understand what my problem is. Like wow I have given this place soooooo much of my money. Never again after the way I was treated.

I love this place so much. I am 8 months pregnant and stop by whenever I am close with my toddler who always eats really good here. The staff is ALWAYS super super nice to me and go out there way to help me out by getting me and my son to the table and just taking good care of me. The food is always so good and fresh.

Cutest dine in set up. I got the Mac and cheese, turkey club and a bbq chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious to say the least. Hands down the best lemonade in the city !!!

We were excited to have a new, unique restaurant come to this plaza. We come here about every other month and get a chicken salad meal, which you can order another scoop as your side dish. We like their wheatberry bread, the pickle and cookie that comes with the meal. We use the second scoop for lunch the next day. The chicken salad is excellent, with our favorites being Classic Carol and Cranberry Kelli. Download their app and you can collect points for future purchases.

Parking: I have never had a problem getting a parking space.

We ordered to pick up twice while we were there. It’s innovative. The chicken salad varieties were great and the egg salad was phenomenal. That grape salad though…it’s something I would want to bring to a potluck. The pasta salad is also the best (Italian) pasta salad I’ve ever had.

I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant and the food was pretty good the jalapeño one was a little spicy then I expected but I had the classic and the jalapeño one and they were pretty good. Will be coming back.

I have always been happy with Chicken Salad Chick until last week when I got a to go order of 1 qt of broccoli cheese soup. When I got home 5 miles away I open the container and it is less than 2/3rds full. Before this visit the container was always filled to the brim, but not this time. I went in today, one week later and told them about the incident the week prior and asked that they make sure the tub is full. I checked it there and it was better but still about an inch from the top so I asked them to top it off. They called in a "manager" and he flat out refused to do it. Did not apologize for the week prior but did say if I had brought it back that day they would have fixed it. I have always had excellent service from the people at the Colorado Springs location but not this time. I told the "manager" that I wanted my money back and I left. The simple and right thing for that manager to have done would have been to fill it up for me on this weeks trip and apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointed in this service.
