Cute and intimate hot pot experience. The Mushroom broth was great. I like how you can get two broths at the same time and the portions are big.
0 STARS!!!! Never, I repeat NEVER will I go to this establishment again.

My family and I went to eat at Hotpot Story and my broth was too salty. I asked if she could change it out for health reasons, The server said no and it would cost money so I told her take it back and they said no you still have to pay for it even though I didn’t eat any of it. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager said no he couldn’t because he was too busy helping customers...read full review
My partner and I took my mom out for an early birthday celebration (it’s tomorrow). We have been here multiple times and have enjoyed it but this time was much different.
We were rushed to check out (spent over $150) and then an employee came to the table and started throwing away everything on the table… that we were still eating and drinking. We talked to the “manger” and he was extremely rude stating that “he was waiting on our table for over 30 minutes”....read full review
