Mexican salad was superb and very large. Wife and I both had one, and it more than exceeded our expectations in volume and taste. Prices very reasonable. We ate in the bar area and received outstanding service. Was easy to talk as noise levels were low. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Chuy's.

I had a great experience here great food and the GM Steve was amazing he came to the table and asked how we were doing and it was a good time! Sandra was our server and she went above and beyond and suggested the boom boom enchiladas which were amazing and also suggested a rocks strawberry margarita with tijan with some queso while I wait for my food. I was super full so she made us chips and salsa to go which was super sweet! Definitely coming back soon!!

Went there for the first time while visiting CO as we don't have one back home. It was just ok nothing special. The TikTok viral jalapeño sauce is good & so is there salsa. Keep in mind their salsa is more of a Pico de gallo then salsa in the traditional sense. I got a dish that had flautas, enchiladas, a hard taco & rice and beans. The rice & beans were good overall just not that flavorable or something to frequent.
