I really enjoy Einstein location off of Briargate Prkwy. The staff their is amazing and always welcoming. I look forward to going each weekend to see the staff and some of the regulars like me. Green chile and chorizo… 13/10
Joslynn was super sweet and accommodating to me and my special dietary needs! Would 10/10 recommend this location after interacting with her!
Einstein Bros. Bagels offers delicious food and friendly service. Customers appreciate the welcoming staff, with many noting the kind and helpful service provided by the team. One customer even shared a remarkable story about a staff member who quickly came to their aid during a medical emergency while also preparing their fresh meal. Some wish for the option to dine in instead of just using the drive-thru. The drive-thru is praised for being one of the prettiest in Colorado Springs. Overall, the quick service, great bagels, and kind staff make it a top choice for breakfast or a snack. Customers have highlighted how the staff, including Teresa and Shelby, consistently deliver top-tier service, even when closing time is near.
