The girl at the register was not great, and seemed unbothered by people. I had an issue while in store with my beagle order, spoke to the manager and he handled it right then. Then when I arrived home I opened the box the order was incorrect, which after having to speak to the manager, feels intentional. I did call and the manager Ryn is making things right. (Thanks Ryn, good on you!) But giving the service a 1* because Ryn shouldn't Have to make things right in the first...

The manager, Laura, was super understanding and helped resolve an issue of us receiving a wrong bagel from another store. She was super quick to resolve our issue and the new bagel was great!! I will only be going to this location now on!

I ordered a catering w/ delivery for a work meeting. When I arrivedat the office, breakfast hadn't delivered yet and the meeting was starting in about 15 minutes! I called the location and they advised that doordash was having issues and couldn't deliver. The manager, Lauren, went ABOVE AND BEYOND, delivering the order herself and ensuring the team had a fresh and timely breakfast! Super grateful to her and her staff for coming through for us!
