Love the lady that owns the place, always friendly and still remembers me after years, always like to swing in when I'm nearby!

It's okay. The quality of the drinks really depends on the person working that day. Sometimes they're really good, most times they're not. The boba is always undercooked. I'd go elsewhere for a more consistent experience.

If I read the reviews before going there, I probably wouldn’t give this place a try, but we popped up on a whim after seeing people with cute looking drinks coming out our way.
For someone who’s never been there before, we found it hard to understand how to order boba tea because their boards are full of information which is not well structured. We had to ask the barista to clarify this for us to ensure we understood the prompts correctly. They weren’t super helpful with the options but at least we were able to decide what we can go with.
We both ended up with cold coffees and traditional boba in them. Coffee was good except for I would have put less milk in it; we only asked for a tiny drop but our drinks were almost white. Boba was practically tasteless. It was a decent mix but if boba tasted a bit stronger, it would have been way nicer.
In general, I would have tried the place again, for other options. They seem to have a decent selection of ice creams.

I stopped by here for a boba smoothie and gluten free bread. It was ok? But didn’t feel as warm and friendly or clean as other Coffee and Tea Zone locations I’ve been to around town. I don’t know if I’d go back or not

Kathy was amazing!!! I ordered the Avalanche (coffee) and it was so good. I also ordered the bacon breakfast burrito.

Had an affogato ( double espresso shot on ice cream) with the vanilla and it was amazing ! Great ice cream and great espresso. Warm atmosphere :)

Very dark inside. Packing boxes stacked around. Not a nice atmosphere to sit & enjoy

got the taro boba and was disappointed. taro flavor was watered down, boba was unbearable to eat, had to throw it away. staff was preoccupied with themselves. Not many places to sit since their supplies and boxes were all out front. skip this place.

me and a couple friends were waiting on our other friends and once they arrived we went up to order and the women immediately started questioning us asking if we remember leaving straw wrappers on the ground and we said no and very respectfully apologized and when we said we couldn’t remember she told us we wouldn’t be getting served and told us to leave
