I absolutely love this place! They people always make my drink well and they are extremely nice and friendly!! Coffee and Tea Zone has a wonderful atmosphere in all their locations I have been to!
Amazing! Decided to try this place with my granddaughter Saturday afternoon around 12. We ordered a pistachio and a strawberry drink with boba. Im not a fan of boba but I would definitely go back to this place! The male employee working (curly brown and blonde hair), was outstanding! Though it was busy, he still found the time to welcome us in and find an interest in the customers! Amazing employee and the drinks were fantastic.
I wish I knew the fella’s name that served me this morning on 2/28. His customer service is always on point! Super friendly, filled with pleasant conversations and he remembered the butter pecan drink that I always get when coming there. He said, “Do you want the usual?” And I haven’t seen him in a month. He also reminded me about my punchcard so that he could stamp it. I truly appreciate his kindness. I have been there in the past and did not always receive the best...
