Lauren was fantastic. Super attentive and fun. I got the cookie espresso and needed a second drink quick, it was so good! This was our first time here and i will definitely be back. Double luck for coming in for the double lobster tail special!
Whenever we visit my brother in Colorado Springs, we always try to make a point to eat at the Chop house. We have never had a bad experience. The waitstaff is very accommodating for our older family members, they are very attentive and the food is always delicious. The variety of different cuts of meat is amazing. We each ordered a different cut at different temps and all were cooked perfectly.
Jessica the waitress gave us amazing recommendations and service! She was so kind and came over to check on us and see if we needed anything just the right amount of time! The establishment was clean and food was great! I hope I have her when I come back!
