Couture Cupcake Co

Went there on a Saturday around noon hoping to buy two dozen cupcakes for my daughter's party. Hours on the door said that they were open Saturdays from 10-5 but the door was locked. Checked their website but it was down. Called their number requesting a call back but never got one. Ended up going to cupcake girls. At last they were open, friendly, and delicious but pricey. Buyer beware at Couture, they don't seem to have it together.

I ordered cupcakes for my engagement party and when I realized they were closed on Sunday (the day of the party) I desperately tried to contact them to pick up my order. No one has replied to me still and it's been almost 3 days. I haven't heard a peep from anyone at the company. This place is so unprofessional. I bought their Deal of the Day for a dozen cupcakes a while back and they told me I could pick up my order yesterday between 1-6. Then they texted and said to come after 3:00 which was inconvenient because I was already out and about on that side of town.
