Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!

Would love to give this place a 5 star review but however they hate the military and do not support our troops. No military discount and nothing for veterans day. The response i got was why should we give a discount for military. I will no longer be a supporter of any of these stores. Shame on this company and the owners for not backing our troops.

First time in, we heard mixed reviews but we always want to try something new. We came in and the guy who took our order was rude, didn't care about helping us (literally flipped his phone in his hand doing tricks instead of helping us), and he rushed us. I wanted to get his recommendations and see what he suggested, but he just said its chicken. Thanks lol. I felt so rushed I didn't get to order a side or see what drinks they offer. The guy just kinda ruined it for us. Hes a heavier set guy with glasses who obviously doesn't like working here.
Food wise: YUMMY! We are gonna give it another chance ☺️
