I’m not the one to really rate and review and if I do it’s normally a bad review. I was so hungry angry that I was feeling like I was going to die. Good food, service, the crew was positive and working great together. Honestly it was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. Definitely worth dining in for a quick bite to eat. Maybe a food service industry isn’t doomed. 🥇🏆

All of my friends know how much I love Del Taco anywhere I go when I’m traveling through the southwest! They are great at accommodating me with corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas because of my gluten free needs since I’m allergic to wheat

Dietary restrictions: They will substitute corn tortillas for flour tortillas to make the meal gluten free.

Half our order was missing, which i may just brush off as an issue with delivery. But the food we did get was awful. tacos were soaked with sauce to the point the tortilla was soggy and falling apart. There was random stuff added to them like jalapeños and shredded cheese which we didn't ask for. The quesadilla was barely even cooked. The coke was so watered down it was almost clear. And instead of hot sauce packets we received a stack of empty sauce cups. Only picture i have was the sauce cups because it was so absurd. The rest was so messy and gross we threw it away.

22 minute drive thru, with only 3 vehicles. For 6 snack tacos.

Poorly run. Short staffed. Avoid.

We enjoy going to our Del Taco( our neighborhood Del Taco) the crew is always friendly and it seems like they care. And the food is good and inexpensive. Thanks Dillon for taking care of us. You did a great job!

We have been to Del many times, but this time around, the service was awful. We waited 10 minutes before our order was e even taken. This was inside the restaurant, no one else in there. The lady that placed our order then proceeded to take a phone call, walked outside and around the building, and came back in to finish making our food while still on the phone. She forgets one of our burritos. After 23 minutes we finally have our order. I get to the car to check it, and our burritos that are nearly $4 a piece had hardly anything in them. We had ordered 2 burritos and 3 rollers and they all were incredibly skimpy, I felt that I just paid $22 for tortillas. I will not be returning to this location.

My dad and I love Del Taco, however, we live far from any Del Taco, but we were in Colorado visiting friends, and to our excitement, a Del Taco! We went ahead and pulled up through the drive thru, and 90% of all the drinks were out, and when we got the fries, they were beyond old and cold(like maybe 30min old being generous), we had to put them in the oven at our friend’s home to make them even close to how good they are supposed to be. I got my favorite order, the number 11 burrito, and later that night, I got really bad food poisoning. So it makes you wonder if the fries were that old, how old would my burrito be?

Super good! Love it when they slightly toast my tortilla on my bean and cheese burrito. Makes it so much better

Thanks “boss.”

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this spot earned it.

I can only assume that the person who took my order was the manager of the store. Boy. Was that a mistake on the hiring team. My husband sometimes has difficulty hearing fast-food cashiers due to background noise and his years in the military.

The manager asked my husband a question that even I could hardly hear standing near-by. When my husband asked him to repeat himself, the manager proceeded to roll his eyes and repeated the question. If that wasn’t enough, after my husband answered, this manager rolled his eyes again and shook his head.

It took everything in me to keep my mouth shut at the absolute rudeness of this guy. Didn’t want to have my food messed with.

I understand times are hard and most places pay minimum wage, but goodness, where did human decency, kindness, and courteously go? Rudest manager I’ve encountered this year, way to go “BOSS.”

Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Grew up going to Del Taco in southern California. The del tacos in the Springs are just sad.

Cold food, no sauce accessible, and poorly kept facilities. Staff was nice though

Franchise owner obviously doesn't care about brand standards and good, fresh food.

Almost $20 for burnt fries cooked in clearly old oil. Son's burger order was wrong (medical reasons cannot have bun), my burrito was wrong. The worst location in the springs.

Kid-friendliness: No longer offer a kids menu option
