I love Dion’s and I have done so many things to try to change the way I order and pick up the food but as much as I love the food, they need some customer service standards reevaluated. This time, I put my order in online 3 hours before I needed to pick it up. So I showed up on time, stoped at the speaker of the drive through, pulled up the window ON TIME. I was told to pull around to the window, where I sat for another 7 minutes without even acknowledgement of my existence....
Fantastic pizza. Easily one of my favorites in the Springs. It’s unfortunate that this place isn’t all over the country. I miss it all the time. Made sure to get 2 pizzas while we were in town. Yummy
I never received my pizza. Me and Dion bother ordered doordash and both times my pizza was stolen. I ordered first the dions said sorry and put the order in again. Doordash needs to review what's going on in colorado springs
