Came back after i dropped my drink on the ground while riding my bike and they gave me a new drink for free... molly and jacob are the stars of the night for that. this location always has the best people and honestly is probably the best dutchbros location in colorado springs, maybe even all of colorado. definitely go there and pay them a visit
I always love going to Dutch Bros. Never have I left without a smile on my face. I was visiting the location near Dublin and Powers on Friday after a long and stressful week, and the woman who took my order inquired about my day and I explained that I was stressed and ready for the weekend. She offered kind words of support and said my drink was on the house, and sent me on my way with a smile. Very friendly, but the drinks are a little over the top for MY taste. Everyone else in the car loved it. Be advised, if you order no ice on a drink, you will get half a drink, much to the disappointment of my daughter who thought she had conned the system. I'm not complaining about it :)
