Have been to this location a few times. And those times the orders came out wrong. Either wrong drinks entirely or not made how we ordered. Three times now the drinks have come out tasting gross. One tasted like a rotten strawberry and the other came out warm, (it was a blended drink). Not to mention it took over 10 minutes to make our drinks with nobody in line.

We have been going to this Dutch brothers for a few years and this last time we went will be the LAST time we ever go. It took 45min to get two drinks we ordered at the kiosk, it’s not the line is to the street. The wait was that the young man in the window was jacking around with some girls in a jeep. We got to the window only to be created with attitude and condescension. We could not have messed up his day anymore by ordering two drinks. He acted rude is what I am trying to say. Great location. The drinks are always perfect! I love their hot vanilla chai personally.
1 star because the coffees good. The way the lines are structured is rediculous and not at all methodical. People behind you get in front of you 2 lanes funnel to one and if you cut someone off who was behind you they get upset, even though its not your fault and in the meantime your drinks getting cold. Fix it.
