Dozo never misses. Every visit delivers fresh fish, beautiful plates, and great service. The presentation is stunning, and everything gets to the table quickly. Dozo has mastered consistency.
I ordered the Kill Bill roll, spicy hamachi roll, and tuna tataki nigiri. The hamachi roll had just the right amount of kick. Every bite reminded me why this place stays in my rotation. If you’re debating where to go for sushi in the Springs, don’t. Dozo is it.
