No cash accepted. No cashier available. Kiosk is difficult to use. It seems like they're trying really hard minimize revenue. After all that, stale donuts!

Parking: Walk 300 feet from your car to foyer. Turn left in the foyer and walk another 100 feet.

Only order by kyosk, which won't let you select the mix of donuts you want. You can add a donut type by can't pick an uneven mix like 2 glazed and 4 chocolate. They also failed to leave cheese off our breakfast sandwich when no cheese was requested

Food is whatever but this place has no way to order without a computer and no variety of lattes.

The kiosks suck!!! No way to order through a human. The order comes to $45, then prompts for a 15%-25% tip? So I get to order through computer, then tip the computer at least 15%? Tf. What kind of circus are they running here? Also, I’d like to talk to the “genius” who decided it would be awesome to eliminate the human from taking the order. Efficiency vs reduction in payroll. Brilliant!!!

They won't take cash! They demand your private information on the kiosk even if it's just 1 donut. They want your address, phone, email! Nope! Not doing that. Bye Dunkin. ?

While staying at the Lodge, we visited Dunkin multiple times. Each time ordering a variety of things, coffee, hot chocolate, refresher drinks, donuts, sandwiches, and sides. Everything was prepared as ordered. It was hot and fresh. The area was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient while we looked over the menu, answering any questions that we had and making suggestions. I would stop by here again if I was staying at the resort.

They don’t always have everything but that’s to be expected. Emily was so nice and made everything right. I may not have gotten exactly what I wanted but I walked away happy and felt appreciated as a customer.

Only a few frosted donuts assortments left at 0900. How are you running out that early. In the NE you would have all the varieties well into noon. How do you not stock the ever popular Boston cream. ?‍♂️

Hours say 6am employees say they open when they open… they didn’t open until around 7.

Ordered two iced coffees on the app they said they were going to be ready at 724 when I arrived they were waiting on the counter and I asked if it was my order and she said no. Then 10 minutes later, handed me the drinks that I asked if they were mine with the ice and whip cream completely melted. When I asked for them to be remade, they took their sweet time remaking the drinks. 1:30 iced coffees

I don't think service could get any slower. Pathetic!

Staff extremely rude. Woman taking orders does not greet customers and did not answer questions about menu items. If you don’t to deal with people, don’t work in customer service.

Unfortunately this is inside the Great Wolf Lodge so all of the prices are skyrocketing. Half dozen of donuts and four coffees cost over $40. Donuts were good, taco's were a disgrace, and the prices... So high.
