Listen, your coffee is good. But I ordered a small freeze and it rang up to $7.20. Don't we think it's a little bold to then ask me to my face "would you like to leave a tip today"? No ma'am, really, I wouldn't. I don't. It's nothing personal, it's just way more than I ever want to spend on coffee, even bougie coffee and it's an awkward interaction to force on customers, even if they do choose to leave a tip. Friendly staff with an accurate order. Of course I only get hot coffee with cream. Can't be that difficult. I like the location. It's very hard to get to the one downtown and the one on 21st Street is always so busy.
First time trying Dutch Bros, I got my free drink since I downloaded the app so that was nice I just wish my order was correct. Ordered a chai tea latte and was given a plain latte. The girl had a very hard time hearing, we kept having to repeat ourselves, not sure why she just wouldn't bring down the volume of the music. Overall okay might try again but at a different location.
