Food was great. Service was excellent. Atmosphere and decor were awesome but it does get a bit loud, at least on Saturday nights. So, it’s more of a fun, partying atmosphere than a romantic dinner. Food will definitely bring me back though
What a fantastic find! Edelweiss transported us straight to Germany from the moment we walked in — warm, lively, and full of charm. We even had an accordion player strolling through the restaurant, which added such a fun, authentic touch to the whole evening.

We are visiting Colorado Springs from Atlanta. My husband and I came for a date night. There are several gluten free options. The food was delicious. We both loved everything. Even better than the food was the garden patio. The accordion player was so much fun. The atmosphere was great. I wish we had something like this close to home. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be back when we visit again. Almost forgot to mention there were several families...
