Don't use Parboiled rice, use jasmine rice, if you have skirt steak on the menu, use that cut, do you think people don't know about cuts? Don't deceive the client. Use what you have on your menu. If not, change the menu. Change the rice to jasmine and use the real skirt steak....don't fool the customer with another cut. If you don't have the money to provide that cut, take it off the menu...
Arepas and all your Venezuelan pods are fine to sell, but don't fool the customer with cheap rice and cuts of meat that you don't have.
A Venezuelan grill for $30 and I was disappointed, the wait time was 40m, the place was empty, the portion of the food looked like it was from a children's kit, the taste of the food didn't taste like anything.

My experience as a customer and my criticism is for Venezuelan food, it was a bad experience that I took with me, it was the most wasted rials, I must have a good presentation of Venezuelan food.
I criticize and speak from my experience, I think you have to improve the Venezuelan seasoning, they have to work on that for the prices they have, they should give a good presentation of the dishes and good customer service, they should take that into account, the Venezuelan food was very dry

Slow service, but the arepa was delicious all the way.

We were hoping for a taste of Miami nearby and we really wanted to love this place as I love arepas, and the carne burrito was pretty good. I did enjoy the Venezuelan guacamole sauce, but the food wasn’t good enough to make up for the service. It took 20 minutes to get our waters, after the smoothies even, we had to ask twice, and there was only one other table in the restaurant, we had to ask twice for water and ask for silverware and after nobody checking on the table and being annoyed by the misbehaving children we just gave up on churros and were ready to leave. My burrito was luke warm, good but clearly had been sitting for awhile and I had finished my burrito before my son or mother in law got their food. At first I thought it was just random kids in the restaurant selling candies (that part didn’t bother me) but then we saw them behind the counter and realized they weren’t random kids and they proceeded to throw life savers from the empty booth behind us throughout our meal, two of which landed in our plates. I looked back to see that yes the employees/owner could clearly see their poorly behaved kids throwing candies at our booth while we tried to eat. I have 4 kids and understand having to take your kids to work and that kids act up; but ignoring your little girls (probably 7 or 8) throwing candies at customers is completely uncalled for and we won’t be back.

We ordered through DoorDash. Food was amazing. I'm gluten intolerant, and the arepas are perfectly gluten free, made with masa (corn flour), and absolutely delicious! However, my husband ordered 2 orders of tacos and upon delivery, we discovered an order of tacos is only one taco. He was very disappointed to receive half of what he thought he was getting. So, if you order tacos, just keep in mind that you're only getting 1 taco per order.

The man who cooks does not know how to treat customers. I was never rude. I just left him an observation about how a typical dish goes and he came out to tell me that he prepared it however he wanted.
