“Overwhelmed on Veterans Day. Either a failure to plan staff levels or so many veterans placed orders, the staff could not keep up. At one point, a staff member raised his voice to inform the customers it would be a "long a-- wait time." Not what I would expect, but I must have higher expectations of how to communicate with customers.“

“Firehouse Subs is the most beautiful and scrumptious sandwich I have ever had in my entire life every time I come here the bread to meat and condiments ratio is just absolutely perfect. Every day I look forward to my next bite of firehouse sub sandwich it is so mouthwatering and so good every time I come here I take a bite. I close my eyes and just enjoy the whole sandwich because it is just that good. Whoever invented Firehouse Subs needs to be immediately set for life as well as our family. It is the best sandwich I’ve come to know. Thank you very much for helping my life a lot better. I love you Firehouse Subs.“
