My recent visit to Firehouse Subs was truly outstanding, and I have to give special recognition to Spencer, who was simply awesome. From the moment I stepped up to order, Spencer demonstrated the best customer service I have ever encountered. She was incredibly helpful with my order, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

The manager Mason was amazing guy. I eat firehouse everywhere I go but this place here was beyond incredible. Mason made my family I feel more then welcomed. My wife is not a sandwich eater but he made her a sub and I couldn't believe she ate all of it. BIG thanks to this guy.

Great Service and food. Spencer & Mason Did a great job keeping the restaurant clean and making food with a smile.

Sometimes you don't expect much when making a quick stop at a sub sandwich restaurant. But they both greeted me with a smile and welcomed me in the restaurant.
