Overwhelmed on Veterans Day. Either a failure to plan staff levels or so many veterans placed orders, the staff could not keep up. At one point, a staff member raised his voice to inform the customers it would be a "long a-- wait time." Not what I would expect, but I must have higher expectations of how to communicate with customers.

To firehouse subs in general, your new Thanksgiving sandwich is one of the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever had. I seriously wish it was on the menu all year because sometimes I just want all those thanksgiving goodies in a sandwich. This firehouse subs location is very nice as well, the employees are awesome and place is clean.

So we went to the other Firehouse Subs on Dublin which was fine, but they accidentally messed up our subs, so we went to this location to get the fixed sub. Kesha and the other girl working was so nice and understanding with fixing the sub and giving us free sandwich coupons. Great staff !!!
