I just wanted to give a shout out to the guy working on Sunday night 11/23/25. I didn't catch his name but he had blue hair and some tatos. My whole online order got screwed up and this dude made it all work out. He was super cool and extremely helpful which is not something you see a lot these days unfortunately. I've never eaten at firehouse and this one guy made me a fan and will be a repeat customer. He made my sub extra spicy and recommended a good hot sauce to...

Great customer service. The cheesesteak with a pickle was absolutely delicious. I loved the Freestyle Coke Machine that made custom drinks with unlimited refills. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick bite.

Be wary ordering delivery. Twice in a row now, half the order was missing. I’d plan for a sandwiches only meal for the family, with no sides or drinks. Sandwiches are good but I’d like to actually get what I order and paid for.
