Great beer nice people always
Both the black IPA and the nitro milk stout were very good. Overall a good selection of beer styles. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was casual with a local vibe, although it was mostly empty on a Tuesday evening.

Fossil is absolutely my favorite brewery in COS. Its relaxed, comfortable, and has excellent beer at a good price. They have regular food trucks, and Rudy's BBQ next door is also an excellent backup option.

I really like this place!
They always have a different food truck daily, which keeps things fun and fresh. The beer selection is great, and I love that you can even take some home in a can that they fill and seal right there!
The atmosphere and space are awesome, and everything is always spotless. Definitely a good spot to hang out and enjoy a good beer 🫰

Such a cool spot! Great people and beverages. Fun decor inside and lovely patio.
Underrated. Excellent quality and clarity of vision on all of their beers
Great, friendly place in walking distance from Rudy’s BBQ. Cream Ale, XXL IPA, and Tripel were delicious. Kombucha is always delightful and perfect for the weekly detox.
Better when Sarah is there.
