Wow--I swear Fyre must sing her batches of pulled pork and brisket to sleep every night, and tucks it in with a smooch on the forehead. The quality is unlike any other BBQ I've ever had before.

She carefully crafts each item with love, attention to detail, and the utmost care of flavor composition.

The brisket is so flavorful and juicy. It's not fatty or tough whatsoever. I got the brisket melt two days in a row--yes, I literally came back the next day after trying it yesterday because it's THAT good. She's only open Friday-Sunday, so you've gotta soak up all the BBQ sauce over the weekend. 🤤

I also got two of the smoked hot dogs for the kids and I tried those as well--seriously the best hot dog I've ever had in my life.

She makes all of her own barbecue sauces which is huge for my family because my husband is extremely allergic to natural smoke flavoring, which is added to pretty much every store bought BBQ sauce on the market. She literally cooks down honey, worscestshire sauce and brown sugar along with other delicious things to make her sauce. It's unreal.

The breads she uses don't have any GMO's or weird additives, either. Not to mention the prices are incredible for the quality of the food. I'm not even exaggerating, I would honestly pay more than she charges for her food just because it's really worth it and she puts her heart and soul into it.

Thank you for the best barbecue I've ever had and for selling genuinely delicious and amazing quality food. Thank you for allowing my husband to actually enjoy barbecue again--it's a blessing for him to be able to enjoy such a wonderful treat after going so long without! We will be your new regulars for sure. 💗

Only been here once so I've only tried part of the menu, but its excellent in a way that's hard to find with typical restaurants.

It has this essence of care and craft that really makes it stand out for pretty reasonable prices.

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and the beans:
The sauce on the pork was not overly sweet, which i really appreciated, and it had a pronounced smoky flavor that was delightful. Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of pulled pork, but this was extremely satisfying to me.

But the beans...

Wow those were incredible beyond words. Probably the best beans I've had in my life, and I will order them every time I go here from now on.

Definitely a nice little homey spot with quality bbq that knows what its doing.

Great bbq! We got a half melt and half pulled pork sandwich which was delicious. Loved the peach habanero sauce. The owner was so nice and approachable!

We love grabbing food from Fyre! Her food is delicious and super affordable. Super easy to get to and plenty of parking. As a Manitou local we will be back regularly. We can always find something for my entire family to eat which is hard with a vegetarian, a dairy free gluten free child and me eating a high protein diet.

Fyre’s Dragon Tongues are a must to accompany the great loaded pork Sandwich.

This is literally the best food around we come by as much as possible. The smoked pork and beans are my favorite thing ever! Dragon tongues are to dye for.

Generous portion sizes, reasonable cost, amazing flavor. What more can you ask for?....seconds. I will be visiting again.

Great service, super nice owner, awesome BBQ! Had both pulled pork and sausage and they were both a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The raspberry cheesecake brownie was SO tasty! Will definitely be back.

Fyre has brought her food truck to several of our events. She is an angel and her food is divine. I have had everything on her menus and one point or another and I recommend it all. 🌟🤩
