Refined relaxation. The atmosphere is laid-back, making it an easy place to hang out for a casual brunch or a slow morning, while the modern decor gives it a fresh, stylish feel.
The lattes are excellent–smooth, flavorful, and carefully crafted. The real highlight for me was the bacon. It's thick cut with that perfect chewy and crispy texture that’s hard to get just right, but they nailed it.
Highly recommend the Southwest Benedict. The biscuits are fluffy, eggs perfectly poached, and the hollandaise sauce ties it all together. It’s the only Benedict I’ve had in the Springs that is worth eating. The Shrimp and Grits is well portioned and balanced between savory and spicy.

We ordered macarons to go. Very expensive and not great. Stingy on the filling.

It is a beautiful venue. It was a quiet place to eat with a friend during the week. The food was delicious and felt like big servings. We both had leftovers.

Stopped here for brunch & I was not disappointed. The atmosphere here was lovely & our server took very good care of us. I got the banana bread French toast & it was unreal. They also had the best green juice I've ever had, I highly recommend the green goddess. The only thing that wasn't amazing was the egg, it was overcooked but otherwise everything was fabulous

Food here was excellent. It is definitely the best part of the experience. Bacon is thick cut and crisp, donut holes come with a great fruit compote, eggs were cooked to perfection. I cook as a hobby and I don't think I could have cooked our food as good on my first or even second attempt at how perfect it was. I want to say they might have been a little understaffed as our waiter/waitress was having to go to tables from the patio to the back of the indoor area and we were in the middle. The result was a lot of time in between check-ins with us. Either way, the interior design is nice with plenty of windows and access to the patio space to enjoy the wonderful late summer cool days. They do have something like a 3.75% PIF fee added to all checks.
