Wow.. so much to unpack from our first stay here, and not for good reasons.First of all, the views from the resort itself and amenities center are fantastic. It's the singular thing that deserves any stars, which is also such a shame because this resort could be SO MUCH BETTER. The accommodations were disappointing. When we booked online, we had no idea how far the casitas/cottages were from the main buildings and felt misled by the website photos/descriptions. There was ZERO VIEWS from the cottages and the whole section was blocked by a residential neighborhood. Strange. Our casita was fine with a roomy bathroom and nice toiletries, but my goodness we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors said through the connecting door. Entire conversations word for word.... They seriously need to invest in soundproofing because that is unacceptable. Not even 2 star hotels are that bad.Now let's talk about service. Extremely hit or miss. We tried to call the front desk multiple times our first morning to confirm checkout time and ask a few questions. No answer at 8am... Then we went to the spa to book a massage for my husband and mani/pedi for myself. The staff was not knowledgeable at all and offered zero details about the services or their policy. I only later found out the next day of my appointment about the cancellation policy. Basically had to cancel my pedicure to allow more time for my manicure because the staff didn't account for the time it took to remove my acrylic nails. Train your staff for the love of God. However, my nail technician, Carmen, was amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Service at the restaurants were spotty and slow, not to mention the food was overpriced. $10 on a 6oz glass of juice is ridiculous.Overall this place seems to cater more to the club members and could care less about the visitors. Just save your money and go to a nice hotel and get the views elsewhere.

I stayed at the facility from March 16-18 for a leadership retreat. On March 17th I fell twice walking down the stairs on my way to the Three Graces Room due to the stairs being wet and no sign indicating it. When I fell staff was present and did not offer any assistance or support. As a result, I have an injured back and am following up with medical services. I find it difficult and uncomfortable to sit and stand for a long period of time impacting my ability to work. This outcome is due to their negligence in not having a caution sign present when falling twice. When seeking insurance information from the manager to receive services through their insurance, the manager would not provide the information. In addition to my experience, there was a tooth in the food provided to us on the final day. The tooth that was a implant did not belong to any of our members but staff. How does a tooth from inside of an individuals mouth get into food being served?! I don't have a word to describe how disappointed I am with the experience and outcome following the fall. I would not recommend staying here or receiving services from the facility.Safety: See review

Everything is top notch and beautiful here, with a bird's eye view of America's favorite mountain, Pikes Peak.

What a wonderful hidden gem! The resort is just beautiful. Great food and drinks, excellent service and stunning views. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very nicely designed. Can’t recommend this place enough. Already wanting to go back!

Key room was not working, had to drive back and forth 3 times to the front desk and they couldn't get it to work. They sent an engineer out and he also could not fix it, had to call in someone else who came later then what I was told. Messed up my plans for the day. Also the outdoor hot tub was closed off even though it’s up and running. Infinity pool was not hot and it was 20 degrees out so nobody swamNearby activities: Garden of gods was close

This is our favorite resort! Absolutely stunning views, heated pool, gym and fantastic spa packages. Close to old Downtown area, Garden of the Gods visitors center and park, as well as Golfing at Kissing Camels. Highly recommend!

I had booked the room through the website. The room I had was completely away from the resort. Not close to any amenities whatsoever. Check in was disappointing so that should have been my indicator of what was to come. At check in, I had to wait which was no problem at all because she was extremely thorough with her directions and instructions for that couple. I, on the other hand, got handed my key cards, a map and she circled my room location. None of the meals, wifi, or other handy information. My room had a garden tub which I was excited to use, however it had 2 stains of undetermined origin so that was a no go. In one of the drawers was a previous residents food stuffs still in there. Absolutely no view -- just other buildings. I was overwhelming disappointed for the hype and cost of the room. I had reservations for December but will immediately cancel those.

As a wedding photographer, I thoroughly enjoy photographing at Garden of the Gods Resort and club. It has beautiful spaces for weddings of different sizes and it has the best views of the red rocks and the mountains in Colorado Springs!

Excellent remodeled rooms in the lodge with a breathtaking view of the park and Kissing Camels. Our meal at The Rocks Lounge was delicious. Our bartender, Phillip, was very knowledgeable with food and drinks. He made great recommendations. The Lobster Roll was full of chunks of lobster meat with shaved celery and toasted roll which added a nice crunch. The Pappardelle Bolognese was meaty and delicious. The lounge had a wonderful musician, Laura Rupejko, who was quite talented. We definitely enjoyed the experience.

Stayed here last weekend for a girls trip with my best friend. It was a beautiful resort! Gorgeous views. The average age here is definitely an older crowd, so keep in mind if you are 20s-40s. This is for those who want a relaxing, calm, and quiet retreat - not a party vibe at all. Grounds were non smoking / non vaping. Staff was friendly, but there are some kinks to be worked out regarding service, especially given the prices. There was construction going on during our stay, so hopefully some nice renovations coming. Golf course was well kept, and fun to play. Spa was relaxing & our therapists were fantastic. Overall, enjoyed our time! Even got to see some wild buck right outside our room!!

Four of us ate lunch in the restaurant. The scenery is spectacular with views of the Garden of the Gods. The food is very good. The service however was dreadful. Lara is very helpful and seated us at a table with a great view, see the photo. The server, James, was inconsistent. Efficient at times and then incompetent and obviously at others. Finally when the bill finally came, he returned with the wrong credit card. It turned out he charged the wrong amount and it took smith 15 minutes to correct the charge, I hope. It was really unexpected for an excellent facility.

What a spectacular location, with absolutely amazing views of Garden of the Gods and the entire Front Range! Beautiful restaurant and bar areas. Excellent food, cocktails, and service. Good spa facility. Small, but nice outdoor pool area. The view all around make this resort one of a kind! Highly recommend it.

The best hotel resort stay I ever had! Everyone from front desk staffs to housekeepers were kind and helpful. I stayed at mountain view club room with my husband. You can have breath taking view of Pikes peak and Garden of Gods right in your bed in the morning. At night, you can sit on the patio drinking hot tea watching stars. Highly recommend to get club mountain view room. I booked here for my husband’s birthday and it was our 10 years wedding anniversary.Sara from concierge made our anniversary very special. My husband got hand written birthday card from her and coffee gift cards when we checked in. He was surprised by that. Then when we were resting unpacking our bags, She also sent us special treats and hand written card for our anniversary! She made us feel very special!Aspen also provided us extraordinary customer service by checking on us every day by texting making sure everything is okay and if we need any help. Texting instead of calling was thoughtful since we were busy hiking exploring wonderful nature outside. He never bother us resting in the morning and night but also made sure we got good taken care of. That was thoughtful. I appreciate that.Room was clean and well organized. Interior design was upscale luxury style. Bed was comfortable. Me and husband were able to get resting sleep at night after hiking all day. Didn’t get to use restaurants since we didn’t pack formal clothings but the coffee from coffee shop was good!It was unforgettable moments. I want to thank every staffs who made us feel comfortable like home away from home.Rooms: Extra clean! Not a single hair noted in entire bathroom. Crisp clean white bed sheets. Comfortable bed.Nearby activities: Right in front of Garden of Gods, walking distance. 15minutes drive to manitou springs to take Cog rail train to pikes peakWalkability: Walkable distance to Garden of Gods
