So, so good!! I think about their pancakes and bacon every day.
Mo’s Dinner has become our family’s go-to spot! The drive from the east side of town is absolutely worth it every time. With a menu packed full of delicious options, including plenty of kid-friendly choices, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the friendly staff always make our visits enjoyable. We’ve never left feeling anything less than thrilled!
Mo's Diner is the only place to eat in Colorado! I recently spent two weeks vacationing in Manitou Springs, and found Mo's Diner while walking through the town. Delicious food, breakfast and lunch, a friendly, welcoming staff, and a perfect location. I'll be coming back each and every year, for the food and the company!

They have a great variety for breakfast and lunch all day. The green chili has heat but is focused on flavor. The pancakes are creative, light, flavorful and never overly sweet. The coffee and tea are both good. For those not so hungry, they have small bites as an option. Overall, Mo's Diner offers a great diner experience with excellent food at reasonable prices.
