Haagen Dazs - Ice Cream

Im not sure if it was just the time I came, but wow the icecream tasted rotten? We got really sick. There were 2 different ones we tried.. pumpkin and rum raisin. Spent wayyyy too much money to be gagging by just the smell, I knew something was off when I put it close to my mouth. Never never never again. And the customer service is TERRRRRRRIBLEEEE owners dont speak english!

It is always a very good experience to enjoy ice-cream at this store.

This place has GOT to be a joke. We walked in and didnt even get noticed as the person was too busy on their phone. The prices here are outrageous when I can go to the store and buy the exact same product for half the price and bigger portions. The Indian couple who run this place barely speak English. They scoop with their bare hands, no handwashing after touching cash. All around an embarrassment for a franchise. Sadly id rather coldstone over this place ANYDAY

Walked in to straight disrespect. They DO NOT like black people here. They will treat you like you are straight dirt on the ground. But I gave it a shot anyways. The scoops they give are really small, my family and myself got extremely sick... Im not sure if they dont fully rinse the bleach off the utensils or what but it had an off taste and we didnt feel well after. I dont think ill give this place another chance with how bad the customer service was to my family..

We visited the Haagen Dazs store here and had a great evening with friends and family. The location has amazing ice cream options to select from and the folks working at the store were caring and helpful to make sure we were served well. Great location to visit with friends for top notch ice cream!!

In this competitive environment, Any food service establishment requires above average quality, service and follow up.
My experience has been that HD Ice cream quality is well above average and those serving this great creations are customer centered for sure.
I have been visiting this store for last 5 years or so and yes there were couple of incidents when my order mixed up with someone else's but key thing is that when I brought it up to the counter, it was immediately addressed.
One more perk for this store is that it has ample parking.
Their employees are well trained and know how to take care of customers. Owner is available at times to answer questions that employees can't.

Absolutely delicious!
I stopped by today, and it was the perfect treat. The ice cream was super creamy, full of flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. I tried the White Chocolate Raspberry and it was amazing — not too sweet, just right. The staff were friendly and patient while I sampled a few options, and the shop itself was clean and cozy. They even had some exciting campaign about the Pumpkin Spice which rolled out today Definitely coming back soon!

Does a high school student own this franchise? Your behavior is appalling. Grow up and quit bashing other businesses. I will not ever do business here.

Trashing other businesses publicly, deleting it and then denying you did it is a terrible look. My genuine concern is if you will do that to another LOCAL business, what would you do if I bring my kids in and they don't make up their mind quickly or something? The way you openly spoke about another business on Facebook was disgusting and a direct attack, which they never did to you. I saw both posts in question. They were classy. Yours was trashy. Do better.

Petty, catty, and childish. Honestly didn't even know there was a Haagen Dazs store front, but I definitely will not be coming here after seeing how the owner deals with drama. I will not support a franchise that trashes a small business. We love The Ice Cream Lab in this household!
