We had a large party and everyone agreed that the food was delicious and service was great! I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

We didn't bother to order anything when we got there. The menu was dirty, the waiter girl had an attitude when I told her about the table being dirty. We just left. It would of been my first experience, but it will never be again.

Always a treat to dine here! The food is awesome, the service is wonderful and the the atmosphere is stellar!
We sat inside on this cool evening, but watching the fire pit burning outside made it feel very cozy.

It has gone downhill since new ownership. The food we got was overcooked, the weight staff didn't come around and fill our drinks on a regular basis or asked for if we wanted new chip, and they'd only even have a burrito on their menu anymore. The rice was cold, rubbery tortillas. I will not be returning and I was a longtime fan and customer.

We have been coming to Hacienda for years. Especially for the chili rellenos. It seems that ever since Covid things have changed at Hacienda for the worst. Their tap beer just disappeared. All of their hot sauces disappeared from the menu. All that to say, we went there recently for dinner and noticed a full change for their menu with prices increasing and the chili rellenos just gone off the menu. This has been our go to for Mexican food for years. However, now will now we probably have to find another place because we won’t be back. Sad.

Had a family luncheon here. Always liked the one in Denver. The overall experience was not impressive. Felt like they have gone out of their way to create a yuppy atmosphere at the expense of good food and service. I got the barbacoa and it was like it was out of a box at Safeway. Half my plate of beef was fat and gristle. The rice came out looking like sticky mashed potatoes served with an ice cream scoop and tasted about the same. The beans were passable. My husband had the same experience with his. One of our party ended up not ordering anything because he was told they had no tortillas for him to have burritos but they came with the meals so we were confused. Service was slow and half our table was nearly done before the other half got their food. For a restaurant that is charging top dollar for an upgraded experience this fell far short. And meedless to say we didn’t order the 45$ margarita lol! Next time we’ll just go to On the Border.

I'm sad about this place. I used to love going there, but their prices went through the roof, their portion sizes got smaller, the food tastes okay (but not for the price), and their new menu removed fan favorites... like chill rellenos. Just sad.

So very disappointed in the food. Fajitas, you know those sizzling scrumptiousnss, nope no sizzle, no smoke, tepid, same as rice on all plates, salmon was good, beans tepid. Salsa was good. Husbands plate was all tepid. None of the old menu items we use to love. Last time we went all was great. ?Threw $72.00 away there. Not a happy Hacienda Patron.
