Karen is absolutely amazing! She was our bartender last night and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. She's incredibly attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and her knowledge of the drinks menu is impressive. Karen truly listens to what you want and crafts each drink to perfection. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back and request Karen as our bartender again! 10/10 would recommend!

The food was alright. Not worth the prices IMO—fresh, sort of flavorful, and seemed well-prepared. The service, however, was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it lacked the attentiveness and warmth that would have elevated the experience. A little more effort from the staff would’ve made a big difference.

Lunch at the Hotel Bar was over the top. I had the Mediterranean Mezze Plate and partner had the Chicken Quesadilla. Food was tasty, presentation was lovely, and service was perfect. It's not a cheap lunch at $94 for the food, a virgin mary, and a soft drink, but we both took home enough for our evening snacks tonight. I think it's a great value, especially considering the historic decor and the mountain views as we enjoyed our lunch.

Way overpriced for what you get. We had the stew, 3 appetizers and 1 kids chicken tenders, along with 2 drinks and the bill came out over $200.

Loved our dinner here at the Bee. If you have not been before, they throw a bee patch that sticks to your shirt. I had the lamb shank and it was amazing. It was crowded and a little noisy but it was right before Christmas so that was expected. We had a reservation and we were seated right away and our service was excellent. Definitely a must when at The Broadmoor.

Amazing bar with great cocktails and excellent, scenic views. The Mezcal Old Fashioned is one of my favorite drinks and I was glad to see it on their menu. Giorgi was our server on two separate occasions and was extremely nice, accommodating of our group, and ultimately made us feel welcomed in the space. Thanks again, Giorgi, for an amazing experience!

Pretty terrible cocktails, and pretty limited menu to boot. Not at all a balanced cocktail. Think elevated dive bar at $$$. Service was superb, ambience on point. If you're looking for some decent cocktails walk across a bridge to the bowling alley, the offerings a bit better but you're still going to $$$. If you're looking for balanced proper drinks go to a speakeasy outside of this place

Surprised to find the Bee nearly empty at happy hour on a Friday. Tried 3 beers that lacked carbonation before switching to rum. Fish and chips were bland and the french onion soup was oddly very, almost sickeningly, sweet. Prices were very high for marginal food. Service staff was exceptional and the only reason I might try this restaurant again if I find myself in the area again.
It's like Italy, in Colorado!
