We ordered here and got the original Mac and cheese, Buffalo blue Mac and cheese, and the best of both world’s sandwich. We chose it because we are from out of town and don’t have something like it back home. I am giving it 3 stars because I got the Buffalo blue bowl and was disappointed. First, it looked nothing like the picture. The chicken was sitting on top, plain, with the buffalo sauce mixed in the pasta, not touching a single piece. It had absolutely no blue cheese and was very spicy. I didn’t mind the spiciness as much, however, as I feel others might. I thought carrots and celery came on the side, instead of mixed in, but that was probably my own misunderstanding.

Mac & cheese is my favorite food to this day when it's done right. When I heard about this place opening on a radio ad, I thought I need to make a trip to that part of town to try it out. I finally had a chance this past Thursday and had a BOGO coupon, so I figured I try it and have leftovers. Sadly, they don't do mac & cheese right, so I definitely won't make a trip to go back.

I ordered the classic mac & cheese and a build your own. I can overlook that they aren't using actual macaroni noodles, but the "cheddar" cheese sauce tasted like a really cheap canned version and bland. This was particularly noticeable on the classic mac since there were no other flavors. I guess I should have asked if I could have a sample first. The build your own mac bowl was slightly better just because the flavor of the veggies was there, but it definitely still lacked a cheesiness taste. The amount of sauce on both was fine, just rather tasteless.

Customer service was fantastic! Since I went about 4pm, they were still very much open, and the staff were friendly and helpful with explaining the items. When I asked if the meatballs have pork, one of them even called whoever orders the inventory to find out for me. If it were about service, my experience was good, but it's more about food, which was below average.

I ordered tomato soup and received a 0.5-ounce sauce container. I don’t know who is in charge of portion sizes, but this is not considered a side at all.

The food here is amazing but we had a bad experience on October 7 we were going to hustle through at 8:40 because we know you close at 9. When we showed up at 840 the employee was already counting cash and had the door locked. Not only did they not open the door and talk to us they didn’t acknowledge us and tried to pretend we weren’t there. We love this food but was a little disappointed with this service

2nd time trying to go there in a month, terrible experience both times. 1st time we showed up at 8:00 (they are open until 9:00), they are closed and the employees inside just look at us and shake their head no. They would not come to the door. This time, we showed up at 7:30, but called 1st to make sure they were open. My wife and I ordered the same meal, short rib Philly. I ordered gluten free noodles (NOT a preference, celiac disease). "We don't have any gf noodles". I switched to tator tots, fine, just annoying. My wife got broccoli for her base. When we got our meals, my wife's meal did not have cheese sauce on it! Long story short, they lied to us and said it was on there, even though the real reason is they were out of cheese sauce. I showed the manager my meal where you could see clearly it had cheese sauce and my wife's did not. The manager tells me because mine has cheddar, funny the meal calls for munster, and we both got the same meal. All 3 continued to lie and argue with us. Got our money back and left the food. We will never be going back, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Oh yeah and we were asked if we were going dine in or take it to go, as another employee was picking up all the tables and chairs, so I guess we'll take it to go!

So disappointing! First attempt, went at 745pm on a Monday, website and sign says closes at 9pm. Staff cleaning up...girl ignores us standing at a locked door. Fast forward 1 month. Try to visit again. Call at 7pm to ask when they close, told 830 or 9pm. Show up at 730pm. Chairs are being put away. One family eating. We order, out of gf noodles. Ok. Order tatertot base and a broccoli base short rib mac. Get our orders, absolutely no cheese sauce on our brocvoli mac. Ask about it, told it was on there, my broccoli was dry and green, apparently I'm stupid! Server went in back to get manager . Server peeks his head out and states he will make cheese sauce. Manager finally comes out also lies about my meal having cheese on it. The manager then tells me they put orange cheese on my husband's meal and white on mine that's why my cheese looks invisible. Very sad to be treated so poorly and lied to about an expensive bowl of "mac and cheese".we requested our money back and left my sauceless mac and cheese on the counter. Very sad for this franchise because it likely won't survive with lying and rude staff members.

Food was tasty, however, there was next to zero service. It was our first time visiting here, the ordering process was somewhat confusing, and some of the staff seemed very displeased with even being there. So much so that they didn’t even attempt to explain the menu/ordering process. We were also charged for extra add-ons that we did not receive.

Ordering online for pick up is definitely our next move.

Wife and I tried this place for the first time and the were disappointed. The short rib Mac and cheese had very little meat and was very bland all you could taste was onions. The blue cheese Mac and cheese had no blue chews crumbles and all you tasted was hot wing sauce. The inside was clean and bathrooms were clean and maintained.

Me and my wife and daughter ate here and our food was cold and incomplete because the cashier assumed to remove part of my order.

Y’all should be ashamed of yourself. When I go into a place called I love Mac and cheese…. I want to be in carb heaven, I want to develop a lactose intolerance so bad I can paint a bob ross painting in my toilet, but no. This place is the Wennie Hut Jr of Mac and cheese places. Also they only gave me enough protein on my food to feed a small child… get it together guys.
