IHOP in Colorado Springs

“The hostess/manager sat us right away and asked us what we wanted to drink.

We had the cinnamon balls first there were very good, way better than taco bells.

I had the steak tips and eggs and they were very tasty with the onions/mushrooms and not over seasoned. While my daughter had the spinach and mushroom omelet with the hollandaise sauce. She said it tasted good.

I will have to say this location knows how to do the hashbrowns right!
Other locations I've tried they were hard and crunchy but these were cooked just right.

The waitress was friendly and attentive.
It was very quiet in there and nice music was playing.“

“I don't really care for chain restaurants especially ihop since service has been declining so severely. But even short staffed thus location the workers were really trying. They were doing their best. The gentlemen who was waiting on us was new and learning and he put so much effort into getting things right it left an awesome impression. That is what made this location truly stand out.

The food was OK. Bacon was well cooked as was the waffles. Flavor is nothing to write home about and ihop desperately needs to find a new coffee supplier.

Place was clean but some sketchy people in the area. Nothing the store can do about that, just be aware. Still good experience and the chain has their staff to thank for that.“

“I’ve had a fantastic experience at I-Hop for our networking group meetings! We've met there twice now, and both times, the staff has been outstanding. They took excellent care of us, especially considering we were a large group.

The food came out perfectly and right on time, and I really appreciated how they kept our waters and coffees full throughout our meetings. The staff even set up the room for us before we arrived, which was a nice touch.

I was genuinely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a great place to host a group event, I highly recommend I-Hop! We’ll definitely be back!“

“The price was outrageous for me and my two boys it was $52 but it was a good food in great atmosphere, I enjoyed eggs benedict classic boys got chocolate pancakes with chocolate chips and the normal eggs bacon and toast

“If you bring their coupon they print from the back of the king soopers/safeway receipt make sure to do your math first! They offer an option for 20% off the entire check or one entree off when ordering two drinks and an entree. I was charged for 20% off for a discount of 7 dollars but if my waitress had used the other option of the free entree she could have saved me 10$ more! It was an easy choice that anyone could see was the better saving option. When I mentioned it to our server she blamed the other girl working and said she printed the receipt, not her. She did not apologize or offer to fix it. (Not name dropping you your welcome) I used to be a server and I'm not dumb. Raise the check average and your tip gets bigger. So I just took the difference from her tip instead so she lost out trying to hustle unaware customers. If you must know the protocol is to tip on the entirety of the bill before your coupon discount so you should be receiving the whole tip regardless, that way it's in your best interest to look out for the guests and give them the price they deserve. Perhaps ihop needs to give their servers a test in basic arithmetic before hiring. Which is a better savings? 7$ or $17? Whatch your checks at this location they are stealing the hard earned dollars out of the unaware customers pockets. Otherwise everything was average as you'd expect from an ihop.“

“Had a really good breakfast here, everything was tasty and well-prepared. However, the portion sizes were smaller compared to other IHOP locations I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it seemed like there was an issue with the AC because the temperature kept changing, one moment it was fine, and the next it was really hot. On the bright side, my favorite thing at IHOP, the strawberry milkshake, was absolutely delicious as always! Overall, a decent experience, but a few small improvements could make it much better.“

“My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our visit at this location.. Pam has a great team, she is a sweet lady. Megan was our server and I thought she did absolutely amazing by keeping up with our table but also giving us exceptional quality service while we dined. We made this location our GO TO location!“
