“We stopped in at 1am (June 21) on our way to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb after leaving another place across the street that was a disaster from what I guess is a usual volume for the late night crowd. First of all, Dave was amazing. He was doing the entire front of house single-handed. He was attentive and polite. I hope all of the patrons were understanding because Dave was absolutely doing his best. I don’t know how many were in the kitchen but given the circumstances the whole crew should get recognition for “hazard duty”. Thanks again, Dave. I hope you got a well-earned break after Saturday night.“
“I had an extraordinary experience at the IHOP located on Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs.
We arrived at this restaurant and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot, entrance and work areas. We were greeted and seated by Topher who was friendly and very observant.
My parents arrived and Theresa introduced herself as our server. She was very attentive, organized and friendly. Food arrived on time and my Mom spilled water on her meal. Topher jumped in and reordered the meal and Theresa delivered it. We appreciated the fast action and response.
As the meal was wrapping up, Felicia (Manager) stopped by to see how our experience had gone, and she was also amazing to speak with.

“We came on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy and there was only 1 waitress and 1 kitchen staff. Lee did such a great job with a very busy crowd and having to do everything on her own. She was hosbitabitable, patient and gave great service. This was despite high volume and being on her own. Lee was fantastic and give that girl a raise. Not many people could handle that so well“
“After getting together with some friends to talk about the movies, we decided to get IHOP. Pablo was extremely welcoming and attentive even at the relatively late hour. He served us quickly and the food hit the spot. We'll def come here after again after our next movie.“
“The atmosphere was very calming and peaceful service was outstanding fast polite and most of all we appreciated our waitress (Ava) she was very polite respectful always had a smile and a shine to her and we just want to say thank you and don't lose your shine.“
“We came here for some comfort food. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. As we ate off the 55+ Menu, with both of us having the Starter Breakfast. It was served as ordered and was hot. Parking was in a large free lot with wheelchair spaces. Restrooms were clean.“

James is the absolute best. Makes you feel like this is your place. Not only to me but to all the patrons. You can hear him all around making us all feel like Norm from cheers. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
It’s the highlight of my week.“
