Ikko Sushi & Hibachi

Very good sushi roll. The amazing tuna. I only suggested is to have fresh wasabi instead of the powdered.

It was nice and quiet on a Monday at opening. My server was very nice and the atmosphere was very nice! The menu selection was great, and what I ordered tasted fantastic.I definitely will be going back!

Love this place eat here multiple times a month. Favorites are Yummy Roll and Tiger Roll.

This place is really going down hill. The last 2 times I've dined in they said they would substitute more shrimp tempura for the California roll because they wouldn't do the soy wrap on the California roll. I got 2 pieces of shrimp and two vegetable. That's what you get to begin with. Today I went and they said again they would give me more shrimp. I explained what happened prior and they brought me 2 shrimp and 1 vegetable. Not only did I get less but they didn't bring me soup or salad which comes with the meal. I double checked the menu, but the waitress said that's how it is now. I will be looking for a new place to dine.

The BEST SUSHI in the springs! They have the right ratios of rice to fish and veggies in all their rolls. We have tried everything on the menu and can honestly say that all the sushi rolls are delicious! The food here is always 👌 perfect! They always have friendly personnel that helps out if there are any questions. Mei Mei is amazing, always takes our to-go orders right and knows what she's doing.

My wife and I decided to go out for dinner and were warmly greeted by the friendly staff right away. We were fortunate to have Shauna as our server, who was incredibly helpful, especially since it was our first visit.
My wife ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp, while I savored the Japanese chicken katsu. Let me tell you, the chicken katsu was perfectly breaded, and the dipping sauce was simply outstanding. My wife was speechless at the generous portion size of her meal, and she loved the incredible flavors of the steak, shrimp, vegetables, and rice.
After such a delightful meal, Shauna recommended the best dessert ever: the ninja fruit roll. It was a delicious combination of fruit, cheesecake, rice krispies, and a wonderful mango sauce. I can confidently say that this dessert roll was exceptional!
Overall, our experience—highlighted by fantastic food and our amazing server—was absolutely worth it. We will definitely be returning, and likely sooner rather than later!

Stopped in this little sushi restaurant in the midst of errands and was pleasantly blown away by how good it was. I got the Ikko special roll, and it was beautifully made with very generous portions of fish. The sauce was a sweet balance to the spicy tuna (just a hint) and the texture was that creamy feel you get from good sushi.

The location is impeccably clean, if not heavily decorated. The space was simple and not trying too hard. Service was fast and exceptionally friendly with great recommendations.

I will definitely be coming back here.

Honestly? Best sushi in North Colorado Springs! I specifically LOVE the spicy yellowtail roll. Simple, fresh, and delicious! This place is honestly such a great find in the springs and I am happy to be a regular here, highly recommend!!!
