Saturday afternoon, Oct 4, 2025 between 1-2pm, we walk in to a mostly empty restaurant with at least 10 tables open. My husband waits in line to order for about 15 minutes because the pink haired lady is zoned out and nobody is taking orders for some reason. So me and my 4 children (ages 6-15) go to sit down at a table near the window. Right away a lady with blonde pig tail buns comes over and says, “You have to order before you sit down.” To which I tell her, “My husband is ordering right now (or at least standing there hoping someone will take our order). She says, “You can’t sit down till you order.” So I sit down with my kids anyway. I get that rule if the restaurant is busy, but it wasn’t. And if the order takers would have been doing their jobs, my husband wouldn’t have been waiting to place an order for a long time. So how about the lady with the blonde pig tails go and take his order instead of hounding us for taking a seat?? Our server was super sweet and the pizza was amazing. But what a way to welcome a customer when your restaurant is mostly empty. And if you have 4 kids - why make them wait 15 minutes in the order line? How about help them to their seats?

I wont even lie, Im only critiqing their tiramisu. It was the worst tiramisu ive ever had to endure. The after taste was so unexplainably bad. I genuinely felt sick after eating it. And it smelled like sweat. Dont ever get the tiramisu it was so foul. Id swear if I could but man this place should reconsider ever serving dessert. Youre supposed to enjoy a dessert after an entree, I was so upset and even angry after taking 2 bites of this monstrosity.

Always excellent food, this time I got the lasagna. Also had the flour less chocolate cake, which is always really good.

Love the pizza and salads. There is usually a lot of staff on the floor to make sure your drink is full and if you need anything else.

Bad customer service. Price on menu did not reflect price I was charged. The manager on duty refused to give me the price on menu. They had no menu to show me the price changed. It was a price difference of $2.50. Was it really worth giving poor customer service for $2.50

The food was good. My husband enjoyed it. The individual who took our order was slightly unwelcoming. I had to ask how the process worked if we were dining in. There was flies roaming around. Making it uncomfortable for us.
