We went there around 3 on Saturday. The wait was ridiculous. Thank you to the young ladies who did their best trying to get our food out to us after staff walked out on them. To the young man that took our order at the window, who was in such a rush to take our order (we had 5 people in the car we were trying to order for) who wouldn't listen and then just decided we were done ordering towards the end while we were still talking .... I really hope you're the one who walked out and I hope they don't take you back. You were rude. The low review was due to the wait time and the fact that parts of our order were wrong and our fries were literally just thrown upside down in the bag. One of us ordered curly fries and got a toddler sized handful and the rest were regular fries. This store normally does so much better than this, so I'll chalk it up to bad staffing on a bad day

Came here about 25 minutes before closing. I know that's a bit late but I ordered a sourdough jack with 2 other items and when I went home and opened the bag, I did not have the sourdough jack in there. The other food that I got was cold as well. It seemed as if the employees were in a rush because they were trying to close and didn't really care.I wanted to swing by again to try and get my sourdough jack and unfortunately they are already closed so I can't so I guess I just lost 9 bucks for nothing.Forgot to mention that they were out of like half their menu when I went as well.

Just waited 17 minutes for one burger that was completely cold and not even remotely worth waiting for. The people are not helpful but, rather, look completely annoyed with anyone's general existence. It's incredible that there can be 6 people working with two other people waiting for food, yet it still takes this long to get gross food and no one can show up to the counter to help you. I love Jack in the Box, but this location is awful and I'm absolutely convinced that all of the positive reviews on here are either employees or paid for.

My family and I were extra confused because we started out at one Jack in the Box that's normally open and it was closed so then we made it to another one, and it was closed as well. It was very odd to see both of them closed on a Friday evening.It's now 7pm on Monday and they're closed again!

Why is this place full of HIGH teenagers . The manger had tattoos all over her face . I’m a DoorDash driver and waited 30 minutes for my food delivery ! DO NOT DOORDASH
I have been waiting to write this review cause I knew I had so much to say ... We initially went in half expecting it to suck half just trying to grab a quick bite to eat while our shopping..To our surprise , Mason was the young man's name that helped us place our order , he had fantastic customer service skills , was a people person and so helpful and accommodating..it was like a breath of fresh air , you don't get many people like him these days ... Mason if your seeing this , Thank you for your amazing customer service ? Also the food for some reason tasted so delicious on this day ,it was hot and fresh and just all around very good ... I gave your store 5 stars across the board ...and Masons boss , you should promote him .Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
They were busy so a little short with me but that was my only complaint. The one in Fountain CO could never compare. This Jack had fuller food which makes me think Fountain was doing it wrong.Food was fresh. Everyone was still friendly during the rush.

Can’t really say too much about this place besides they have good mini tacos. Today I spent 30min in the drive thru and spent $40 on 4 mini tacos and 4 boba teas, the tea itself was good, but the boba was ROCK HARD. Definitely not their specialty, for $5 we will stick to an actual boba tea place, and no one even apologized for the 30 minutes we spent in the drive thru, the woman seemed annoyed that we were even there despite being extremely polite to her.

Most Amazing Service I have ever had at a fast food place!These people were so energetic!Awesome people!I do t even have words on how great these people were.I do t know there names but it was on a Saturday night at 9pm!Help these people out!They most definitely deserve it!
