Hangover food
I went there for a Dr. Pepper and ordered two tacos and I had the best experience thanks to Cal and Xavier!! They are so delightful and so helpful and really know how to make your day great: D I'll be back :D
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food was great and the service was also really good, but the soda fountain machine was empty with no flavors except for orange and regular coke also they were out of ice. The workers apologized repeatedly which was nice especially since they do not have control over these situations. I’ll try again and change it to five stars if they can fix the soda fountain.
Jack in the Box is a pleasant surprise for a quick bite. The staff, including the manager, provide fantastic customer service, being helpful and accommodating. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious, with standout items like tacos, sourdough jack, and the ultimate breakfast sandwich. Recently, a young lady at the drive-thru received praise for her amazing service, even remembering dipping sauces and ketchup. There is also a woman at the drive-through every time that is absolutely wonderful with service and customer service. Despite being busy, the staff remain friendly and consistently deliver a great experience. The breakfast is noted as very good, making it a nice place to grab something to eat before or after a movie. The crew works as a team and is fast, friendly, and committed to good service, even when facing issues like running out of ingredients or promotional materials. Overall, Jack in the Box is a great stop for a satisfying meal.
